Zionsville.  If you are looking for a great, small hometown area feel, this is your place!

Although home to some of the highest priced homes in Indiana, you can still get into this small city with homes priced in the $150,000 range.

Zionsville is a robust town built in the 1850's.    Downtown Zionsville is home to many great shops and has a "village" atmosphere to it.  The Main Street was paved entirely of bricks and sports blocks of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Zionsville has many festivals throughout the year.    Some of most popular is the July fourth fireworks that is hosted by the local Lions Club.  It was by far one of the nicest fireworks I have seen.    Park near downtown, then walk to Lions Park to watch the fireworks.  Lots of food and music is setup all afternoon and evening.  Crowded, but not nearly like other firework displays I have seen.

Speaking of Lions Park.  Lions Park is just like waking up in the 1950's and 1960's.  Old town feel with multiple baseball diamonds as well as a park with walking trails.  My 4 children have played baseball/softball at Lions Park for over 10 years, and love every minute of it.

Zionsville schools are also named some of the best in Indiana year after year.

There has been great growth in Zionsville over the past 15 years.  Most of this growth has happened along the I65 corridor, the main interstate that heads north and to Chicago.  This area has been named the Anson development and has seen tremendous growth.  You can find pretty much anything you need in this area, including department stores, and many food options.

Zionsville is also just 25 minutes to almost every other area of the city.  You can be downtown in 20 minutes, and to the east side of Indianapolis in 25 minutes.

Craig & Theresa Bartels of The Indy Realty Shop have lived in Zionsville for almost 20 years and can help you find just that home you are looking for!
