Avon in Hendricks County, has experienced tremendous growth over the past 25 years.  Easily ranking as one of the fastest growing cities in the state and the country.  Avon is just west of Indianapolis and offers pretty much anything you could ask for in a city.    Housing prices go from under $100,000 all the way to $1 million and above.  Unless you work in Indianapolis, you don't even need to make the quick 20 minute commute there as Avon has plenty of shopping, restaurants, and things to do without leaving the city.
